Where Within is a collaborative urban research project exploring the relationship between inner experience and the sensory conditions of the city. Drawing from Dada, Fluxus and geopoetics, the project uses poetic and artistic interventions to question the mechanised and systematised rhythms of contemporary urban life.
Through experiments in public and semi-public spaces- including writing, sound poetry, performance and painting- the project investigates how emotions, perceptions and bodily experiences shift in relation to sound, image, temperature and other environmental stimuli. Poetry is approached not as a final product, but as a method for tracing these changing relationships between self and surroundings.
Alongside my contribution to the collective research and artistic process, I was solely responsible for the project’s booklet design and editorial development, poster design and social media communication, shaping how the work was translated into a coherent visual and public-facing format.
